Tunnel Cam Footage Shows Bruno Fernandes Venting His Frustration

New tunnel cam footage shows Bruno Fernandes venting his frustration at the referees during half-time of the Europa League final.

The Manchester United star slammed the Europa League final officials for taking “three minutes” to make a VAR decision.

He also took aim at Tottenham loanee Juan Foyth, claiming he was timewasting in an angry outburst towards the referees.

“The number eight goes twice,” the Portuguese is heard saying in the behind-the-scenes video.

“One time he stays down one minute. After again and then after the goal.”

He added: “You wait one time for VAR. Three minutes?”

Fernandes, who captained his side on Wednesday, failed to steer his side to European glory after losing an ultra-dramatic penalty shootout.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s charges cancelled out Gerard Moreno’s first-half opener thanks to Edinson Cavani’s strike before the hour mark.

Though his team went onto lose the penalty shootout after Geronimo Rulli saved David De Gea’s tame spot-kick.

Fernandes posted a defiant message in wake of Man United’s defeat to Villarreal.

He tweeted: “We win together and we lose together, when someone fails we all fail, when someone scores we all score, when someone does a save we all save… Always UNITED.”
