Chelsea To Offer Tammy Abraham In Bid To Sign Erling Haaland
After netting 49 times inside 52 games, Haaland has attracted interest from all across the world, however, it is the current champions of Europe that are in pole position to land the Norweigan talisman.
And according to reports, the Blues are believed to be considering the ambitious idea of trading their out-of-favour striker Abraham, plus cash, in a deal for Haaland – though that’s unlikely to satisfy Dortmund.
It means Dortmund hold all the power when it comes to keeping him – and any club interested will, surely, have to pay well over £100m to change their stance.
Exploring their options, the west London club could offer Abraham as a makeweight in a swap deal for the 20-year-old, according to The Telegraph.
The report, however, goes onto state that it remains unclear if Chelsea will launch an official bid for the striker.
Abraham’s future in west London looks limited, especially after he was left out of Thomas Tuchel’s matchday squad on a number of occasions last season – including the Champions League final.
Will Dortmund be interested in letting their starman leave for a player who barely played for Chelsea last season, though? Probably not.
